There is not pressure to do anything, just come and be yourself. All emotions are welcome and we encourage you to practice asking for what you want and need in a safe, boundaried setting. We promote all forms of platonic touch: gentle connection, massage, hugs and cuddles are all on the menu if you wish to participate.
There are sessions every Thursday evening from 6.20pm to 9.20pm and on the last Sunday afternoon of the month, starting at 1.45pm and ending around 5.15pm. All workshops are at the Old Diorama Arts Center which is a fully accessible building. The Old Diorama is close to Warren Street, Great Portland Street and Euston tube stations.

Kathy, the founder of Touch Project CIC, loves to bake cakes. Home baking with low fat and sugar cakes made with wholesome ingredients, giving a slow release of energy. Often made with fruit, you could call this one of your five a day!
