There are opening and closing relaxation meditations, communication, boundary work, and a joyful exploration of platonic touch, expanding life skills and healing exercises. We offer the sharing of gentle connection, relaxation and platonic touch exercises to help let go of stress and worry. You participate as you feel comfortable. Join in or sit out, it is your call.

There is not pressure to do anything, just come and be yourself. All emotions are welcome and we encourage you to practice asking for what you want and need in a safe, boundaried setting. We promote all forms of platonic touch: gentle connection, massage, hugs and Embrace Therapy, all of this is on the menu if you wish to participate.

On the last Sunday afternoon of the month, starting at 1.45pm and ending around 5.15pm. Doors close at 2.10pm and there is no admittance after this time. All workshops are at the Old Diorama Arts Centre is a modern, clean, friendly environment which is fully wheelchair accessible.
The Old Diorama is close to Warren Street, Great Portland Street, Euston and Euston Square tubes.

Kathy, the founder of Touch Project CIC, loves to bake. Homemade wholesome baking with low fat and sugar cakes made with healthy, natural ingredients.
Please make sure you arrive on time as we run structured events. To keep the session safe and to make sure we are all present for the opening circle, we close the doors 20 minutes after the event starts, and latecomers are not admitted. Please know if you need to alter or cancel your bookings you need to give 48 hours notice or you forfeit your fee. We aim to gender balance to we appreciate advance notice to help the smooth running of the events. We are a not for profit organisation who require funds to continue our great work.
