Every Thursday evening
Each Thursday evening is unique and an experiential space. We practice letting go of the day and dropping out of our minds and into our bodies. We make a playful space and create safe laboratory to explore getting our needs met. We practice compassionate communication & conscious connection.
We take a journey of self discovery, personal growth and gently empowering connection to ourselves first then to the others.
