Every Thursday evening is unique & experiential experience. We practice letting go of the day and dropping out of our minds, and into our bodies.
We create a playful, safe laboratory to explore getting your natural platonic touch needs met.
If you want to join us please book in advance as spaces are limited. Please arrive on time as we do structured exercises, it is not a drop in.
Doors open at 6.20pm for a 6.30pm start. Doors will close at 6.40pm and there will be no admittance after this time, we will not admit latecomers. The session ends around 9.20pm. Booking in advance is essential as places are limited, thank you for supporting out fun wellbeing workshops!

The last Thursday of the month is Cinema, Cuddles and Cake!
We playfully choose the film together. There are always cakes that are homemade with superfoods and healthy ingredients. These cakes can be vegetarian, gluten free and vegan. Please let us know your dietary requirements in advance so you can enjoy the cake.
Please know if you need to alter or cancel your bookings you need to give 48 hours notice or you forfeit your fee. We aim to gender balance to we appreciate advance notice to help the smooth running of the events. We are a not for profit organisation who require funds to continue our great work. We have a sliding scale of charges so please give generously if you can. Ticket prices are: £55.00 for a generous supporter ticket.
£35.00 for a standard priced ticket.
We have recently reduced our female and non binary tickets to £10 plus the booking fee. There are also free helper tickets please make contact to find out more.
